Certain NCC parking lots are closed for the winter until spring 2024
Ontario Urban lands and Greenbelt:
- Rockcliffe Park (including P1 and P2)
- Sir George-Étienne Cartier P6
- Nordic Circle (across from Billings Bridge Plaza)
- Carlsbad Springs P24
Quebec Urban Lands:
- Leamy Lake
- Jacques-Cartier North
- Deschenes parking
- Champlain parking
In winter 2023-2024, to allow access to the NCC Riverhouse, parking lots P3 and P4 along Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway will be plowed.
