Summer Camping
Pitch a tent and discover nature in the heart of Gatineau Park. Participate in recreational activities and learn more about Park wildlife, or relax while listening to the restful sounds of the great outdoors.
Gatineau Park offers you the choice of three campgrounds, open from mid-May to mid-October:
- Philippe Lake – 258 campsites (family, winter and group camping)
- Taylor Lake – 33 campsites (semi-wilderness family camping)
- La Pêche Lake – 32 campsites spread out over 12 locations (canoe camping)
Campsites are available for people with reduced mobility.
Domestic animals are not permitted on campgrouds.
Gatineau Park is recommended and classified by the Conseil de Développement du Camping au Québec.
Cost
- At Philippe, Taylor and La Pêche lakes, sites are $35 per night.
- Group campgrounds are available at Philippe Lake ($200 per site or $100 for non-profit organization groups).
A reservation fee of $8.50 applies to all campsites.

You can make reservations for summer camping on-line as of mid-February on the Demsis website or by phone at 819-456-3016 or toll free at 1-866-456-3016.
